Google We love staying at Sugar Hill RV Resort when in the area visiting! The park is well designed, has easy pull throughs, lots of green spaces and grass for walking our pups. We love walking the trails around the pond with our dog. Lots of birds (and some neighboring cows) to see along the way. The facilities are super nice… laundry, restrooms, showers, clubhouse area, hot tub, pool, and fire pit area. We have our own shower of course, but my husband loved the showers there. Everything is super nice and we highly recommend! 💯

Google Outstanding RV resort in NE Texas. We’ve struggled for years with a place to call home while visiting our family in Allen and this one finally came on the scene. Great sites on a beautiful piece of property surrounded by trails and a lake. The clubhouse is equipped with everything you can possibly imagine from a heated luxury pool, conference room, spotless laundry room, great bathhouse, coffee and tea, outdoor grilling, games and a very well appointed fitness center. Lastly, the staff makes Sugar Hill RV resort the only choice for the growing area. HEB and Buccees nearby and great places to get fuel and food too.
Google We started out at Sugar Hills RV Resort to be close to a couple of our grown children and grandbabies. We stayed for 7 months because we loved it! The sparkling pool, laundry and Farmhouse are beautiful and well maintained.

Google Sugar Hill RV Resort is an awesome place to stay. The pool is clean with comfortable chairs and plenty of activities for kids and adults. The clubhouse looks like a picture from a magazine. The amenities are top of the line including a laundry room and fitness center. I’ve stayed here 3 different times and have loved it!
Google Sugar Hill is a beautiful RV park! The sites are well spaced with nice landscaping and vegetation to enhance the feeling of privacy between each site. The laundry and bathrooms are very clean, and we especially loved the rainfall shower! We also enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the trail with pond and forest.

Google This was a pleasant surprise. We decided to get away at the last minute. They were kind and accommodating from the first call through the end of our outing. Exceptional communication over the phone and texts. This place was so nice. I love the sites. They are more spacious and exceptionally put together. Landscaping between sites is awesome. The amenities were exceptional, pool and hot tub were awesome. Very very clean restrooms, laundry, workout room, etc. The sites were thought out and the trails were a bonus for our ebikes and walking. Beautiful area but only 10 minutes from everything you could need in Anna. We'll be back for a weekend getaway.
Google What a little gem!! Very beautiful little RV park tucked away in the country just 7 miles from the interstate. SUGAR Hill is a beautifully maintained and landscaped park with walking trails, a nice clubhouse and a pool and hot tub area. A Walmart and many places to get food and necessities is just 7 miles away so convenient yet tucked away in the countryside. Make sure you bring leveling blocks. Some of the pad sites needed a a little extra for leveling. Each site was well landscaped. The staff was extremely accommodating and we will definitly be back!
Google Home is where your heart is and I might add...home is where you park it. Sugar Hill RV Resort is our "Home away from Home" and gives us the opportunity to enjoy our Kids and Grandkids. My Grandson even likes the treadmill in the gym. He challenged me to a game of Cornhole when we return. As a "Grand Finale" to our latest trip, we were able to have a family breakfast at Bill Smith's in Van Alstyne. Great Great Grandma even had "Biscuits and Gravy"...
Google This is one of the nicest parks we have ever visited. The staff was tremendous and very welcoming. The facility is emasculate with very spacious RV lots. It is conveniently close to shopping yet set in a quiet environment.
Google This place is wonderful! So are the people who work there!! They had a small gift for us from a local brewery, cookies, candy and even dog treats. When we got there they told us that it was supposed to freeze that night and the man filled our propane tank. They take your trash if you leave it at the end of your space! Great place!

Google We had a great weekend camping at Sugarhill. The farmhouse main building is great with coffee, showers, laundry room, gym and conference room. The pool was really nice on a hot summer day and there’s even an adult hour at the end of the day for the pool and hot tub. We found it very quiet and peaceful here. There are some full time and seasonal campers here but things are kept neat and clean you can’t tell. We’ll definitely be back.

Google Great experience from the moment we arrived. They had signs posted where to check in. But, they were physically there to greet us. It's a really good location, close to the main highway. Awesome amenities, and very, very clean. I'll add that when we were setting up, we had a little trouble with our trailer. They were extremely helpful in helping us quickly remedy the situation. And therefore, our vacation was barely interrupted. We'd most definitely stay there again!

Google Had a great stay over the weekend. RV Spaces are on the smaller side. Appears to be mostly full timers. But you wouldn’t know it by surroundings. Very clean. Main building and pool look very new. Owners were great and very helpful. All facilities were new and very clean. Only 5 miles for HWY 75 & 455 Anna.

Much more to offer that’s not mention here but I would highly recommend you give them a visit to see for yourselves. They accept long term stays as well as short term. Google We recently spent 1 month at this beautiful rv resort. The owner Stephanie and all of her staff were so amazing and accommodating. Upon arrival you receive yummy cookies and all the info you need. They have a pond, walking trails, huge dog park and an amazing pool! The farmhouse is sooooo nice and you have access to it with your own code 24/7. The surrounding areas have a ton to do but yet you are tucked away in beautiful countryside. Google This resort is the best in north Dallas area. It is well maintained. The community is so friendly. They have nice walking trails. Dog park is wonderful. Swimming pool clean; hot tub is awesome. There’s a fire pit. Laundry area is exceptional.

Also the brew pub in town next to the restaurant is also fun live music. And a very short drive to McKinney awesome historic downtown. Highly recommend this park. Google We only stayed one night, but this campground was very well maintained and the staff we met were great! They have a beautiful facility. Yes, there are a few rules, but those rules help keep the park great looking and a joy to stay. If we ever need to come through the area again we will definitely stay here again.

This is the second year in which we’ve spent 30 or more days visiting family in the area consistently having positive interactions with the staff. We plan to return next year. Just completed our third year visit to Sugar Hill spending a month. Our visit was excellent as always.

Google Farmhouse is wonderful. Pool is very nice. Staff is great. We moved across country to Texas and stayed here by complete chance. A lot of construction at the time, but we completely understand. And they did a great job getting folks set up. The owners are so nice and accommodating. Very cool resort. We stayed here almost two months while we looked for a house and ended up buying about 10 minutes from Sugar Hill. We drive by all the time and say hi. Several long-term RVers and it is getting quite busy since it is so nice. We will be back and use Sugar Hill as our set up when we head out on the road again. Almost don't want to leave reviews so it doesn't get too crowded ;-)

Google Got tired of traveling and Googled somewhere to camp for the night. They where amazing and friendly. Even offered to back my camper in for me. Very clean and the pool was wonderful.
Google Best resort in North Texas! We stayed here for a month through December and absolutely loved it. The sites are big level and solid with grass and trees around and no mud. There’s a big pond a walking path and a huge fenced in dog run. The folks here are so great you feel like you’re with family. The facilities are spotless and so are the grounds. The swimming pool is gorgeous and so is the hot tub and we made use of both every night. There’s a big gas grill that’s free for anyone to use and also a beautiful fire pit up by the pool with chairs around for anyone to use. The clubhouse has a very nice work out room and beautiful laundry facilities and showers. It is quiet and comfortable and the folks that run it are the absolute best. For everything they offer we felt their prices were very reasonable. We have family in the area and we definitely will not be staying anywhere else but the Sugar Hill RV resort. Thank you Terri for a wonderful experience!

Google In general a 5 star park for RVs. I had family that lived here and they seemed happy with the place. My observations, new park, clean and quiet. It is a bit out of the way so it’s a bit of a drive from more populated areas. Park itself is great. Another consideration is the street construction which is ongoing in and around the area.

Google This is the cutest little RV resort just outside of Anna enough to make you feel like you're in the remote country. The farmhouse is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated in fresh, farmhouse decor. The pool/spa/fire pit area is gorgeous, heated, and clean. Spots have all the amenities, while still giving you a rustic country experience. Our neighbors were so kind and friendly (we stayed for a weekend, they live there full-time). The pond is gorgeous, backed up by farmlands and hiking trails. Sugar Hill is the perfect mix between rustic and modern style. I can't imagine how you would be disappointed by any aspect of your stay here, but if you were, the owners/managers are incredibly accommodating and will help resolve any concerns. Highly recommend a stay here!

Clean, wonderful pool, setting, jacuzzi. The staff is superb. Now there goes the spot I needed to rent. I would live here in a second if I could.

Google We had a deluxe back in site and we were here for 3 mos (799.00 per month). This is a new campground as of Aug 2021. Beautiful and well cared for. We made use of all the extras including hot tub, gym, laundry room, showers, and clubhouse. All were meticulously maintained. Same for the campground. Terri is the office manager and was kind and accommodating. Did a great job communicating with the campers. It's easy to get there from Hwy 75. It's out in the country so very quiet. Nearby is the town of McKinney and all the restaurants and shopping you could want!

Google We stayed for only a weekend to be close to family that live in the area and it was a great experience. This brand new RV resort has very modern facilities and they take good care of it. It is priced as a high-end park but reasonable for the quality of the service that you receive. The WiFi really works! I hope that they continue developing the resort, maybe adding other amenities and developing new sites with private area, such a gazebo, grill and probably more privacy. Love the place, will come back again.
Google Terri made this a wonderful experience. We were in the middle of selling our home and moving into the RV and she was so patient and kind while we got all the details worked out. After we got moved in she gave me a big hug and welcomed us to the community and I just can't say enough good about this park. We have met many of our neighbors and fellow dog parents at the dog park as well so even our dogs are happy!
Google Where do I begin!? I love this little place. Tucked out of the way but also not far off the beaten path (or from the highway) you can get in and out easily. We stayed a couple nights and it's like a sweet little neighborhood. I've never seen so many beautiful rigs in one place! The customer service was incredible as well! We will definitely be back!

Google My dog and I spend 3 months here and I wish we could have stayed longer. Sugar Hill is a beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of towns and highways. Surrounded by fields, miniature ponies, and the distant sounds of cows it's a great place to enjoy a calm quiet atmosphere. The pool and hot tub light up in all sorts of colors, and are very well maintained by the friendly and helpful grounds staff. The trail leading to the dog park is gravel and has routes that extend to a back field for those that like to walk. Be mindful that you are in nature and wild animals are present. The farmhouse gym is small but gets the job done. With laundry machines on site (including a pets machine) you won't have to go far for clean clothes. There's vending machines and coffee available, they even do some get together for campers with donuts and such. As far as the wifi goes it was the best Campground wifi I had ever used. Streaming Netflix, scrolling tik toc, downloading were all great. The last month I was there (Feb 2022) the wifi began having speed issues, but the hosts were on it having techs out to get the best service possible. I hope they got it resolved because they definitely care about it, as do I. They have many site options, mine was a $799 monthly spot. There is a $200 deposit for the electic, but when you check out they use it to pay your power bill and reimburse you the remaining amount. For my 26ft class C in the winter cold, my bill was $120. The warmer month was about $85. There was a $15 background check, the background checks are quick and easy. I hope I get the pleasure of coming back to this wonderful resort. I absolutely recommend Sugar Hill! Terri at the office was so kind and helped me through out through some family medical issues and required me to stay longer than planned. She always remembered my situation and made me feel more like a real person than just a number checking in and out. Great people, great grounds, great services, great atmosphere. 11/10 recommended!

Google This is the newest, best laid out RV park we have so far visited on our summer trip tis year (8,900 miles, dozens of RV park stays), with the kindest managers we have met so far. Everything about this place is brand-new and first-class, from the pool/hot tub to the internet, main bldg/office and the sites themselves. Do yourself a favor and stay here while you're in the area - you will be happy you did!
Google This secluded place is beautiful. Close to 75 highway for an easy commute, safe, and well managed. I would prefer more trees since the summer can be a challenge for rvs, but the rv park excels on everything else.

Google Great location and well maintained. Only problem limited spaces where they allow class a motorhome.

Google We had a great experience at Sugar Hill RV Resort! The staff was very accommodating, valet filling our propane tank, helping us print documents, allowing us to host a family BBQ at the clubhouse. Thank you so much for providing a family friendly place to stay!!
Google One of the best rv parks we've ever visited. If needing somewhere to rv camp in the area, this is the place to do it. We had an event at the G2 motorsports park to attend and Sugar Hill checked all of our boxes and then some!
Google Great place to RV and very Pet friendly. Amenities were wonderful. Very quite at night. Also was clean which is a big plus to is when we're traveling.
Google We loved the park. Getting to the park from Hwy 75 was a little hectic, but well worth the construction maze.
